Return and Refund policy:
• Buyer has up to 5 days after receiving the item to notify our company in writing via email that item is defective or incorrect for a full refund of the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for shipping returned item to Nurses 4 A Purpose. Once item is received and approved, then a full refund will be issued.
- State of return: Item must be in the same condition as received. Nurses 4 A Purpose will not accept returns of worn or washed items.
- Reason for return: Product must be defective, received wrong product, or wrong size of product.
- Process for return: Contact customer service via email, include the order number, date of purchase, and list the reason for return.
- Process of refund: Our company will review the refund request. Once the merchandise has been received, then the customer will be notified and refund of the purchase price will be refunded. Nurses 4 A Purpose is not responsible for the ordering the incorrect size or responsible for damage to product from the shipping process. All products are insured with the shipping company and a claim for damages must be filed with the shipping carrier.
